“Aquarium” 
Atlantis's hero Aquaman returns from a journey which has kept him from the city for months, only to find 3 Atlanteans dead and a outpost destroyed spurring him to race back to his kingdom. On his journey home he finds yet another outpost has been destroyed with soldiers dead. Aquaman then arrives to his city, to find it invaded with the invaders dismantling the Atlantis salt mines, which are Atlantis's number one trade product to the surface world.

“Still Waters”
Aquaman continues to be a prisoner, sneaking out to deal strikes to the invaders. Meanwhile Mera is given sedatives by her doctors, while the Atlantean spy for the resistance is captured by the soldiers being utilized by the invaders. Meanwhile Aquaman and the resistance have confrontation over their inaction to rescue the boy, who is being interrogated.

“Queen to King's Seven”  
The invaders of Atlantis struggle to deal with increased rebel activity, with the population slowly shifting against there invaders. As Aquaman and the invaders prepare to launch their assault the following day, the prison is attacked with the guards being defeated by Queen Mera in her search for Aquaman. In response to Mera blowing their cover, Aquaman orders the assault to be moved up.

“The Tide of Battle”  
Following the defeat of the invaders, Aquaman reaches a stand off as their army surrounds the city with food becoming more scarce.  While Aquaman is dealing with the grief of having killed his wife in self defense. Aquaman then wallows in his self grief, standing beside her casket, until Mera bursts out calling him a hypocrite resuming her attack, revealing she survived because of her different physiology.

“Battle Royal!”  
Atlantis begins its war with the army outside it's dome, with Atlantis soldiers being repulsed each time.  As the three remaining jelly fish leaders continue plotting Atlantis's downfall, as the general prepares his last wave for battle, with Aquaman looking on.
